Our shipping rates are as follows:

AUCKLAND: $5.50 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $85

NORTH ISLAND: $11 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $85

SOUTH ISLAND: $22 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $100

Upon receiving your order, Kiddicare will package and ship your order within:

- 1-2 business days for urban deliveries.

- 3-5 days for rural deliveries.

- Currently Kiddicare can only deliver to customers in New Zealand.

- We do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed during a public holiday will be organised and sent out in the following work days.

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).

Payment is available by Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay.

Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

The Shopify payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not in appropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
